cant connect to phone. spent 4 hours trying. going to go with govee cos i know that connects. such an expensive product that cant connect to 2.4 or 5 on a phone. so stupid. need the home app which it wont connect. actually so mad. they sending a replacment controller but i doubt that will fix anything update. been 7 days and they still havnt sent me the replacment controller. 0 stars
Ordered for christmas present in november. Item came, nothing like what was shown. Paid for shipping for another one. Been waiting 3 and a half weeks. No updates. Just says order created and nothing more. I dont think it will even come as its not been made yet and they have turned off all their comments on instagram. Probably because others were being scammed. Site says they will show you the design before you get it, they dont. You dont even get tracking and shipping email. Awful company and no one gets anything done, just keep telling me to wait when its not changed in over 3 weeks
