Update from first review
Since I wrote my first review, I've had occasion to contact customer service again. I must compliment Jay Chivo for the speed which my issue was handled but especially for the degree of my satisfaction that he wanted to make sure I had. When I finished the contact all my issues were resolved, to my satisfaction, and everything is working fine. I can't say enough good things about the person behind the email contact. Customer service was a pleasure solved my issue.
