Gone down hill
Writing this review here as sport direct did not like the review I sent them direct. Poor customer service this can be hit or miss. Parcel was lost got a refund no problem. Ordered a different pair of trainers to collect from store. No confirmation they had been sent to the store . Waited days contacted them to be told there at the store . In addition the reason I sent to the store is because they use Evri for home delivery and a room full of Stevie wonders could deliver parcels better than Evri do ...so don't trust them.
