They kept us in the dark
Bought a chair online. 3 to 5 workdays delivery. After two weeks still no news. Then they ignored 3 of my mails. Only the second time we called they gave us the real reason (the first time they said the delivery company was at fault). So they kept us in the dark for more than two weeks. Worst experience ever ordering something online.
