Product (mascara) worth around £20 never arrived, emailed customer services twice re tracking info, contacted on FB but never received a reply. Update: the product arrived 6 weeks after the order was placed. I still never had any reply to my emails to customer service. The product itself is satisfactory but certainly does not achieve the same effect like in the advertising videos.
