Seems pretty useless for whatsapp restore. Just guides you through the regular backup process. Update: don't be fooled by their nice "professional" response to my review. They were still unwilling to help me over the phone, and still prefer to go back and forth via email 7 to 14 days wait time response for each email. If you ask me, this is one big scam, or false advertising at least.
