I purchased A umidigi F1 some months ago it was bought on on pre-order direct from theUmi store I was delighted for the phone but after about 9 months it developed a fault of the microphone phone cutting in and out sometimes it would work for a day or so then I would get no response from the microphone. This was bought through AliExpress and I followed there there complaints procedure which normally is excellent but in this case had no response.from the Umi store l then approached Umi technical departments and explain the fault to then and suggested that I had the phone phone flashed to see if this would solve the problem I have this done at my local phone repair shop but it didn't solve the problem the answer to this was you must get in touch with the seller I have had several email contacts with them trying to get them to honour the warranty without any sensible solution to my problem. I think this is a good product when working correctly it just seems impossible to get the warranty honoured and I would advise any future purchaser to be aware of the problem that I have had Clive Thomas
