Firstly I would like to compliment Chuwi on customer service which is absolutely faultless also on the fast delivery, I honestly cannot recall any other company I have previously purchased from that as only taken the money from my bank account the day after the item as arrived, at the time of writing I have only unpacked the laptop and my wife and I are very impressed wih quality of workmanship and are looking forward in the coming days to one of our sons connecting it and transfering the information over from our soon to be obsolete laptop, so thank you for a pleasant experience
