Automatic litter box
I have purchased two of the automatic litter boxes. One quit functioning and so I contacted their customer service with a description of what I tried to fix it and photos. Although I was frustrated with the machine, the response from Oneisall was great! They emailed me the next day and offered to send me a new one. I did not have to return the old one which was a relief. I do like the simple design of these litter boxes, but the sensors may need improvement.
