DORSETT HOTEL SHEPHERDS BUSH -GREAT SERVICE & GREAT HOTEL
The first time we have stayed in a Dorsett Hotel. We were told there was only limited parking which was chargeable but when we said we were both disabled they said it would be free. The Concierge parked the car and brought our luggage to our room. He assisted by calling us a cab on a couple of occasions wich arrived excactly on time.. We asked for an easily accessible room meaning near to the lift. They misunderstood and gave us a disability room that was a four-day camel ride from the lift Room 140. When we clarified that, the lovely lady on reception (Giulia) upgraded us to a suite in Room 101 opposite the lift at no extra charge. good size room with a giant bed which was firm and very comfortable with all the usual facilities. TV, free internet connection and alarm clock with phone charging point ironing board and iron, bath and separate shower, 2 toweling dressing gowns. The second room was a good size lounge with a 3 seater settee. armchair, stool coffee and side table and desk with a second TV, hospitality unit with good size fridge, 2 bottles of complimentary water, kettle tea, milk, biscuits, Expresso machine, and selection of coffee pods. Not much more we could ask for from a hotel at any price. We would recommend to anyone and would use this group again.
