Horrific customer service and predatory
Horrific customer service and predatory return policy. I bought 6 dresses, 3 were fine, but certainly something I could have gotten elsewhere. I tried to return the other 3. One was basically see through, another was cut so low that nothing short of wearing a t-shirt under it would provide modesty, and the third was material akin to what flags are made from. I requested a return label 4 times through the return process, and never received it. I finally found an email address for customer service. And they basically sent me back an email requesting all the information I already emailed them. So I sent it again. Then, I got a response telling me their return address is in China (a $55 minimum postage fee), plus $10 fee per dress. In short it would cost more to return the items than I would get back. To add insult to injury they offered my a ‘courtesy’ refund of 15% of what I’d paid (not including tax and shipping) to NOT request a return label. Then they never applied it. There are loads of reputable companies with cute clothes to order from. Save yourself a ton of grief and skip Roselinlin!
