Ordered on the 9th of January
Ordered on the 9th of January, order has been awaiting shipment status the whole time. Multiple message to customer service with no response, will not be ordering from this company again. As I'm writing this, the order still hasn't shipped. UPDATE: As of 18 Jan still no communication(5 emails sent multiple times) or PC. UPDATE: They finally responded with a time of 1-2 business days for shipping, those two days came and went, still no update or change in status. Starting to believe I won't ever get this order or my money back. UPDATE: Jan 23rd, Zero response to emails and no delivery. The company will respond here, but they do nothing after the fact. UPDATE: Jan 28th, still no response from GMKTEC, I have a feeling I won't ever recieve my item. Do yourself a favor if you're buying one of these computers and get it from Amazon. At least then you'll be protected from theft, which at this point is looking like it happened to myself and this purchase. UPDATE: Feb 1st, still no response, still no delivery of order. I'm starting to believe this company is a fraud and have stolen money from a few of us based off other reviews. Don't buy from this company. UPDATE: Feb 3rd, still no response, still no delivery of the order. This order is over a month late now, and I'll be going through my credit card company on Friday to file a fraud case of this continues. UPDATE: Feb 7th, emailed everyone and messaged everyone on the contact list, got a response back, which I assume was automated, and still no response, email, message or item delivered. This company is a complete fraud. UPDATE: FEB 9th: Finally got a response from one of they're sales people(Sad that their sales dept actually contacts people for orders). Was told someone will contact me in 48 hours. Time to see if this happens. UPDATE: FEB 11th: After emailing everyone I could find online from their company I was able to make contact and get a response. However, after securing a full refund I don't believe I will ever use this company again.
