Bad customer service !!!!!!!!!!
Dozen of e-mails to ask photos and videos of a webcam that I cannot power on. Many apologies like "I cannot see, download or play the video". Emails done only in order to discourage the customer and avoid repayments or replacements of the goods. The person of the support was "Phyllis". I cannot put here the emails but if you want I can send them to you, just write to tomtop-is-bad at email.com. So before buy from Tomtop ...you are now warned. Don't do the same error that I have done ! Marco PS : for the first time I have bought something not from Amazon and this is the result. EDIT : It seems I cannot reply here with a new post ... Dear Tomtop I will never and ever will ever buy something from you again. Say thanks to your collegue Phyllis !!
