Bad phones, bad support
Yes... the UleFone Power 1 was a good phone. But after I crashed it because i am dumb, i bought in just 1 Year the Power 2, 3s and 5. And every model was broken after a few month. The Power 2 had a loose connection and charged veeeeery slowly. The Power 3s has a loose connection and charged slowly, too. The Power 5 bricked. After 2 Month. I just charged it and used it for WhatsApp, for calling and play one game. And now, after wake-up last sunday, i just can see the bootlogo. Now i have to use the broken Power 3s again. But the highlight is the Support: I just wan't send the Power 5 back. UleFone should repair it, because the phone isn't older than 3 month. Yes, they want to have a video of the phone, i made it and send it per e-mail. The answer: "Just send a video not radio". Yeah, thanks for nothing. I never will buy an UleFone-Product again. Never.
