Ridiculously slow shipping.
I ordered mops on 7 December as needed for my job, and Joybos spout "fast shipping" in emails and on their website. My products finally arrived 64 days after placing the order. Apparently they decided to send it on a slow boat from China without giving me any opportunity to expedite the order if necessary. Tracking had no information yet they trying to tell me "it's on it's way" and placate me with pathetic discounts and tell me to "wait as few more days". Never again. The same mops are available for much less via Temu and Amazon so that's where I will spend my money next time. Avoid!
