I ordered a Xiaomi Mi Box more than 10 days ago (No.AN17H01H1628-HUPI21), but it has never been shipped. After sending an email to customer service, no message is returned. I am very disappointed with this shipping time which is innaceptable if not notified at the time of purchase.
