Vast improvement needed
Ordered a usb microscope which didn't arrive within the designated time (No biggie). On arrival, the disc needed to be installed to enable usage, but didn't work. After much too-ing and fro-ing with an appalling customer service team, they flat refused to replace or refund the defective product. I had to go through PayPal resolution centre to get my money back, and was out of pocket for the tracked return postage. Be wary. ** ** On the back of this review, I was promised a refund of my return postage, if I amend/delete it after the funds were received. Still waiting............... Finally, 7 weeks and 2 days after my original complaint, I have received full financial recompense. I have upgraded from 1* to 2* based on this. I cannot give the 4/5* review the customer service team asked for as it would be blatantly misleading.
