It was very frustrating that you advertise a fare on your website for Mexico of $544.00 USD or less, but when I called, I was told they had to change the fare because they were going to charge me more than $1,000 USD, or I would have to change the day I returned from Mexico to another day. It was a horrible experience dealing with you. I'm not giving zero stars only because I don't have that option. Oh, and they didn't want to refund my money because it was non-refundable. I wasn't canceling—you changed everything. In the end, I was only able to get the outbound flight.
