CWWK after sales support from china over whatsapp and Email, was good
The mini PC I bought from CWWK was impressive in features for its size. It did have a design issue where the daughterboard for M2 slots did not get enough power if you filled everything up (I did), and by the time I contacted CWWK to get help, they had already designed a new board that takes more power and fixed my issue. There was an issue of a missing divider plate needed or the new daughterboard that I didn't get with my first shipment as I didn't know I had to order it, and their customer support helped me over Email and whatsapp to get me the metal divider plate I needed. I deal with lots of chinese companies, they were a lot more helpful and prompt than most, so I'm definitely happy, thank you.
