As of yet I am not sure about this company. I place an order a couple of weeks ago and it's not been shipped, I've had a number of e-mails from them asking for me to reconfirm my address as my order is being prepared, that actually my order is not being prepared and the item is out of stock, that the item isn't out of stock and I need to reconfirm my details again as it is being prepared. - Actually, writing this I am ceretain that this is very bad service, but I hope that this is a one off incident on their part, but from my side, I think that this has gone on too long now and has got too complicated, so will be cancelling my order and asking for a refund.
