Exceeded Expectations
I ordered a custom old fashioned hickory putter with engraving. The staff was very responsive to questions, understanding my time constraints (my poor planning, not theirs). Turnaround time was so much faster than expected. And the quality of the product was WAY above expectation- usually on other websites when you get something personalized, its a cheap knock off of whatever you ordered. Not in this case- AT ALL. Very high quality materials, great engraving, and a leatherette cover fitted to the club as well. I am so, so impressed. My husband will love his birthday present, and I am so excited to give it to him. Absolutely recommend. Paula Bourdon Clinton, CT
