A nightmare
A nightmare. The site is not logical, and has caused a major problem when re-ordering. The representive in question is very blunt and not very helpful and is causing delaying by sending wrong files to check. When this was all clarified by email, yet sends back info relating to wrong orders. The atitude seems to be the customer is always wrong!?! I used this for 17 clients businesses it seems we will have to move them away.
