Incredible customer support
The SellerPrime Amazon software gives excellent insights that help me to a) research new products, b) improve the listings for my current products and c) get a better ROI on my Amazon PPC campaigns. But what is truly extraordinary is the customer support. The customer support person at SellerPrime proactively contacts me to suggest ways I could get more value from their system. And on a few occasions she has booked a free 30-minute training session where she shares her desktop and guides me through software features. I'm not being rewarded or incentivized to give this review. I seldom make the time to leave reviews ... but the support is so great at SellerPrime I just had to acknowledge them.
