The money you save is not worth the hassle
The money you save is not worth the hassle of ordering from TomTop. I placed an order with TomTop and the product works just fine.
The trouble came in receiving the order. It took months to arrive and the support from TomTop was condescending and unhelpful when I tried to find out why it was taking so long.
Now that I have my order, I am being bombarded with emails from TomTop nearly every day with no option to opt out.
If this does not bother you, or if you have time to wait, by my all means use TomTop, otherwise I'd recommend paying a little bit extra for the time saved and the
customer support.

Non delivery after payment.
Non delivery after payment.
I placed an order on Tomtop and paid via credit card. The shipping terms were 15-20 working days to be shipped but the package has not left China yet and it has been over 40 working days now (over 2 months calendar months). I sent an email to support but they do not reply. When I managed to get hold of someone on the live chat , they asked me to be patient and wait to see if the parcel will still be shipped out.
I agreed to wait an extra week and in return they agreed to refund me the money if it did not. It has not budged since then and now I cannot get hold of anyone at Tomtop.
Luckily it was not an expensive order, but I certainly will not use them again and if you have not used them before I would recommend placing a very small order first (if absolutely necessary) and seeing if it ever gets delivered.
