Excruciating
Arghh, 3 hours of excruciating numbers,codes and phone scratch cards trying to reach the required seagm credit total to finish my checkout...3 times I had to run in and out the house.. but that's nothing compared to the 23% service charge. What exactly do they need to service to charge so much? From 794,000 VND, ended up paying over 1 million VND. I was talking to a rep during that time.. ( Charles was his name >_> ) I asked him before I took any steps. I was clear with my wordings as much as an english teacher can be. " Does the credit balance and my credit from my phone card add up to pay for the total amount ". You may already guessed what he said. At the time i asked that question I've only enter in 200k so it wasn't a big lose. I could have withdrew from this money-trap. I'm only saying he could have given me information that could've saved me a lot of time,but the most unforgivable action was keeping important information from me, their new customer. Do not trust this place or these people. They may be bound by rules to not cheat you but they can make your purchase a living hell. Then switch partnership or work out a better deal with them for your customers sake. I'm not ignorant in businesses.. My family owns one.
