I followed your instructions re downloading the app for further discounts on a first booking. Sadly this was not the case! The booking i found via an internet comparison search gave me a price that was almost £40 cheaper than your app…? But it was from yourselves? So I’ve since deleted the app and will continue to check for better deals on the comparison sites instead of using any dedicated apps in future - as it’s evident that the deals off the apps are much cheaper - despite there being unfounded promises of extra discounts bring available for using them? Hope this feedback gives you an insight as to how to improve your service.
