Terrible Quality and Customer Service
I bought the Widowmaker outfit and it was baaad... The top was too big but trying it on was impossible because they cheaped out on the zipper. It didn't go all the way down like it should've. Also, the light purple outline was some super cheap material that ripped while I was taking it off without me even pulling on it. The spandex leggings were pilling like crazy and it was super obvious. The accessories were a joke, they looked nothing like they did in the pictures and the tattoos that came with it were crumpled up. When they declined a return, we agreed on a partial refund but I never received it and they never responded so I just opened a PayPal case. I still have the outfit and plan on selling just the suit for $25. I had to open a PayPal case against them just to return an awful costume. Their customer service is objectively bad. I tried calling both of their "24/7" numbers and no one picked up. I had to email them but eventually they stopped replying. And then when they lost the case, they had the audacity to ask me to ship back the shoddy costume when they wouldn't accept a return.
