Deceptive Marketing - Fair Customer Service
-- UPDATED REVIEW -- I have to give credit where credit is due. I originally left a one star review disappointed in the deceptive marketing and receiving extremely small home decor items that did not reflect what is on the DressLily website. Despite it being my mistake of not double checking the sizing listed, a customer service rep reached out to me in less than 24 hours and has been a great help. Although I stand by the fact that their images did not reflect the actual product, I do admire a company that makes an attempt to make it right for the customer. -- ORGINAL REVIEW -- Deceptive marketing. Ordered several decorative stickers and a floor mat for the home. They're perfect...if you live in a home made for ants (Zoolander anyone?). Extremely small products that in no way could fit an entire bathroom floor even if your bathroom only consisted of just a toilet. I admit that it is my mistake by not double checking the sizes, but come on. Don't deceive customers and show that a floor mat or sticker can cover the entire floor of a bathroom when there is no possible way you can. I'm not even going to get started on the shipping times...plenty of other unhappy customers have already covered that issue.
