Not very fast at responding to your request. You have to order 2 size bigger. The clothes look much better on the internet then what you are receiving. They have my email wrong and I am trying to change it but cannot with their site. I sent e mail previously about an ETA. The first shipment they were fast to answer but I have a back order and cannot get an ETA after 4 requests. The scrafs are not the quality showned on their site. I received some article that was OK but the balance, not satisfy and do not know about the back order. As for delivery it was not that bad being oversea but check custom fees. I CANNOT REPLY VIA THE WEBSITE BECAUSE THEY HAVE WRONG ADDRESS THEN END FINISH BY COM NOT CON LIKE YOU HAVE IN YOUR WEBSITE AND I CANNOT CHANGE IT. 2017/09/03 REFUNDS FOR MY SCARF IN MY ROSEGAL ACCOUNT. STILL WAITING FOR THE LAST ITEMS TO ARRIVE. Back order received. Excellent quality. WARNING: MAKE SURE ABOUT YOUR SIZE. YOU HAVE TO ORDRR 2 SIZES BIGGER AND YOU ARE SAFE.
