I am currently in a dispute with them via Paypal. I ordered a cosplay outfit and wig for my daughter in July 2017 and in August 2017 still no costume. I received the wig promptly without a hitch but they claim they are working with me....supposedly shipped the costume twice to me....and then proceeded to tell me the reason i did not receive the costume is because i am not home. Well since i dont work i find this hard to believe and looking further into the matter they delivered my costumes to Shepardsville, KY. Michigan is quite a few states away but hey what do I know! As of September 1, 2017 I am supposed to receive a refund of only $58.99 when my costume cost almost $81.00. I'm telling you. Do not trust this company....they are a company from China or have their items shipped from China and their practice of business is pathetic! BTW....I am still waiting for my refund.
