Epic fail
This item came full of finger prints and marks on the plastic. The mystery box was a genuine mystery, the item that came was not even listed on website so you have no way of knowing if it will work for you. In my case I wanted a backup battery for my solar panels. I paid for the larger mystery pack (>500wh) as every model on the website of this size works with 200w solar panels. The model that arrived was an old one that was not listed, I found the specs on the eBay shop and it was not capable of taking 200w from solar. Everyone should note returning these items is hard as the public are not allowed to post lithium batteries. So you are trapped accepting them collating. They pay parcel force about £8 for shipping and charge you £25. They point to their returns policy that says all returns are subject to double shipping costs. This is not legal in the UK.
