Customer Service Makes a difference. NURP continues to innovate to address the changing market. Frequent communication, office hours and responsive agents assigned to your account help you to make sense of it all. Alex Conta has done an exceptional job to help me understand how the algorithms work and what works best with changing markets. Recently I've seen an improved emphasis on risk management and back testing of new strategies to evaluate their performance. I would like to see more research about broker performance because that factor can vary wildly and impact user's strategy.
