They will eventually freeze your account one day and not give you back your profits/funds
I had been trading with MEX long time.Maybe 3 years or more. My trading had always been very basic and simple. Manual trades when free some times following news announcements or trades via EA like a EURUSD bot i was having with martingale logic. I was trading this year with a frequency like 2 trades per week only. Poor results, last 2 months i could only see losses. I had no issues with the broker; either via email or thru their online support chat they were reverting promptly and professionally. Friday last week i received an email they terminated my account. They asked me to withdraw my funds. However they stopped answering any emails and as you guess no withdrawal is honored. I am really astonished they try to forefeit profits of such a basic trading style to avoid pay them while the account is under review as i guess they try to see which profits to cancel so as to pay out less. so guys be careful. They let you trade for some years but when they see you have or have had some profits they will freeze your account like me, not giving you your money and they may find all excuses not to pay you. Trade with a reputable broker instead regulated by Tier 1 regulators not to have problems. My trading account was the 804023 update 30/4 Things are getting worse. Nobody reverts to any of my emails any more: Cs, my account officer or the compliance team. Withdrawal button has been disabled and last withdrawal cancelled. seems they are keeping all the money after stopping any communication. you want to keep trading with them. Go ahead lose all your funds... Update 18 May Eventually unfrozen the account and was able to withdraw all funds including profits. This period they are reviewing many client accounts so many of you may have issues.
