NOT GOOD EXPERIENCE - NOT RECOMMENDABLE
Im from Mexico, I bought 3 Ulefones power from Gearbest about 1 year ago for 3 different persons. Around the same time, the 3 phone stared showing problems. One presented to have stains and marcks on the screen, and the other two just stopped working. We tried doing the claim in Gearbest and Ulefone but ofcourse never got a satisfactory answer. The guaraties they offer are a joke. I have prove of all this. They offered me to send them back the phone and by paying USD 199 extra to get a new one. (that is buying a new phone!) The phones never fell or scratch or broke. I have 3 more friends who bouthg Ulefone and one of them was the one that actually recommended me to buy one. Two of those phones are also presenting failures of the same kind. Totally, of the people I know have bought 6 ulefones and 5 of them persented problems at the time of less than one year of usage. This are the reasons why I recommend you NOT to buy this product. ULEFONE COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND ALSO GEARBEST IS RESPONSABLE FOR SELLING GARBAGE AT SUCH A HIGH PRICE. I cannot belive in less than a year you need to buy another phone and make all this tecnological garbage and having to spend again more money on a phone. PLEASE DON`T BUT ULEFONE. HOPE THEY COULD NOT SELL THIS PHONE ANYMORE.
