Bad customer service!
Dear buyers! I want to share my story with this company. I bought a set ArrowTown. The vest was to small so I send it back to bigger size. I took these guys 15 days to figure out that the bigger size was sold out? They didn’t give me a option, but simply say after 15 days you will get your money back. Well the funny part follows. You will get your money within 20 working days! Are you kidding? 1 month to pay back? I must say that the customer service of this company is outdated. This company is based in the Netherlands but uses the rules of an banana republic! - No vat on the invoice; - Selfmade return rules; - Outdated customer service. Very disappointed.
