Joanna was in great spirit and I just wished before I agreed with the plan that she sent me the Repair + Replace Plan Sample Terms before I made my decision. I would also recommend all agents not to talk so fast because no matter how fast you talk people will make their own decision. Also, be truthful up front because when a client finds out that they are not told the truth they will leave anyway.
