Issues at first, but very professionally resolved
UPDATE: I am hereby updating my originally negative review because while there were issues, once Rosegal was aware of the actual issues, they clarified everything and promptly refunded my payment, no questions asked. The communication from Fay in particular was to the point and professional. And while the one dress I did receive was much too small, the quality is fine. So I would advise to be clear in your communication with Rosegal & keep their size chart in mind, they DO have nice things on offer for comparatively little cost. Anyway, I felt it was only fair to update my review after this resolution.
