Non existent customer service!
Non existent customer service! You can’t speak to a person or email, instead you get an unhelpful bot. My parcel eventually turned up but only after being repeatedly returned back to the Evri depot. Not being able to communicate with Lookfantastic when my parcel was missing made the whole experience extremely stressful so I won’t buy from them again. They were bought out by a huge global company and since then the company has changed for the worse.
