Extremely slow delivery (around 3 months instead of estimated 1 month during the purchase), item arrived with broken down packaging, as a result, a lot of chips on the wood, will have to repaint myself. I was offered 5% refund for this, but I still haven't received the money. In addition to that, few pieces were missing, and it's been already a week of photos exchange with support, but nothing has been shipped yet (every new person checking my case seems wanting another set of photos, even though they have been provided already). Don't think will ever bother with them again, better to order from Ikea.
