Wonderful product, excellent service
We're very pleased indeed with our new Nordic Knots rug: the colours, design and, above all, the quality of construction, are even better than we'd hoped for. Throughout our interaction with Nordic Knots, the individuals we communicated with were friendly, informative and extremely prompt in all their responses. Tracking our shipment via FedEx wasn't quite so easy: no personal point-of-contact, changed delivery dates at short notice, and lack of notifications all served to highlight what excellent customer service should look like, as supplied by the Nordic Knots team.
