Crooks - advertised one item and then sent another item in it's place. I ordered a metal litterbox that measures 8" and what I received was 6". I sent an email to the company with no response and the phone number they provide does not accept calls. I would give them half of a star if I could.
Revo has the AUDACITY to QUESTION my issues through Trust Pilot but NEVER RESPONDED DIRECTLY TO ME WITH MY ISSUES???? DON'T PLAY WITH ME REVO. I ALREADY DUMPED YOUR TRASHY SYSTEM IN THE TRASH WHERE IT BELONGS!!!!! Cameras crash excessively. If someone walks by, the cameras go offline and then come back on. Someone drives by, the cameras go offline and then come back on. Sometimes they disconnect by themselves and start back up, but mainly, I have to unplug the system for a few seconds or the individual camera itself to reset it. I have sent messages through their app - no response, I've left voicemails - no response. I bought this system from fingerhut back in 2021 and have regretted my purchase ever since. I should have known if it came from fingerhut, it was the bottom of the barrel, cheapest system Revo ever made. For revo to make it right, refund my money I spent on this BS. I'm pretty sure it was less than $400 (my credit limit was only $400 at that time). I'm pulling out my wired Swann system (hubby don't like the wires, and I don't care about the wires showing).
Save On Scents has a large variety of DIY projects, fragrances and supplies along with great information on "how to" make body products, fragrance products like candles and incense. Customer service is always available, courteous and friendly. I LOVE doing business with Save On Scents. I've ordered from other companies and found myself back at Save On Scents because of their selections and shipping speed.
