They don't take responsibility for anything they book on your behalf. Our return flights and accommodation was cancelled prior to a return home and I had to pay and book my own return flights. I wrote to them requesting a refund for the non performance of of my return flights and accommodation and I was basically ignored.It was not until I threatened to take them to the Dispute Settlement Service did they refund me for the flights and accommodation.
