Bluetooth died on 5 batteries out of 8. I have the 12v 200Ah version and these are all around 1 year old. Litime initially said they would send replacements within 2 days and then changed their mind. They now want me to send them back before they send out new units. I am off-grid and it is a huge hassle to go without power for days or weeks. I'm very disappointed having spent $4000 on 8 batteries and I specifically got these because of the bluetooth. Update: Emailing support at Litime has so far proven to be a waste of time. I now have two ticket open, and the new ticket is asking me to repeat all the testing I did during the first ticket and resend all the original photos I took. The old ticket still wants me to send back the non-functional batteries but have send 4 (four) not 5 (five) shipping labels. And they expect me to package everything up, haul these off to the shipping office and take dozens of photos. If only I had the time. Order References: 112-8293849-2757066 & 07-12831-32920
