Bad customer service
After few emails i was refunded in full. Appreciate the fact as the item was not what wanted. I have offered to send the item back but can only do so if postage is paid by them. In all I am able to say that they rectified the issue. Your reply is copy and pasted from other customers- shameful!! I have already said that you want me to send the item back to china at my cost!!!! I have already paid the delivery and I don’t want to pay anymore money. I want free tracked postage from you to return it. Received my order yesterday and not received any I expected so I write to them asking to tell me how to return. I was emailed that their products are high quality. I insisted that I have to return. I was then told I can have 20% discount if I keep it. Otherwise post it to China and give them tracking details!!! I have already paid postage when ordering! Why shud I pay it again?? I have emailed them that this is not how it works and to send me pre paid QR code for postage - still waiting for a reply!
