Review of CHEAPFLYINGFARES LLC – Extremely Disappointing Customer Service I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a travel agency with CHEAPFLYINGFARES LLC, and I would strongly caution others against booking through this company. On May 19, 2026, my wife and I purchased airline tickets through CHEAPFLYINGFARES LLC for travel to Las Vegas on July 6, 2026. We paid $620.59 (Transaction ID: 12084843529, Booking Number: MRWZG1). After completing our purchase, we requested our flight itinerary and were told it would be emailed to us later. Weeks passed without receiving anything. We called the company several times, and each time we were assured that our itinerary would be sent "soon." During our final call before the trip, we were told that itineraries are typically issued only a few days before departure. A few days before our scheduled flight, we contacted the company once again because we still had not received our itinerary. To our complete surprise, we were informed that our flight had been canceled. This was the first time we had ever heard about the cancellation. We never received an email, phone call, or any other notification from the company. Had we not called them ourselves, we would have shown up at the airport unaware that our reservation no longer existed. This was especially upsetting because we were scheduled to attend an important conference in Las Vegas. With only a few days' notice, we had no choice but to purchase a last-minute airline ticket, resulting in additional unexpected expenses that could have been avoided if the company had communicated with us promptly. The problems didn't end there. We were assured that our $620.59 refund would be credited back to my wife's account since she used her credit card to make the purchase. Initially, we were told the refund would take 5–10 business days. Later, another representative told us it would actually take 10–15 business days. After waiting beyond both timeframes, we contacted the company again only to be told that the refund had already been processed and sent, and that there was "nothing more they could do." As of today, we still have not received our refund. The inconsistent information, lack of communication, failure to notify us that our flight had been canceled, and the continued delay in receiving our refund have made this an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience. We trusted CHEAPFLYINGFARES LLC to handle our travel arrangements professionally, but instead we experienced poor communication, broken promises, and inadequate customer service. This has been, without question, the worst experience we've ever had with a travel agency. We will never book through CHEAPFLYINGFARES LLC again, nor would we recommend them to anyone looking for reliable travel services. I sincerely hope the company improves its customer communication, transparency, and refund process so that other travelers do not have to endure the same experience.
