Bad experience
Had a nightmare of a flight :( At KL airport I went through security and bought a large bottle of water for the plane, just before boarding the plane we had to go through security again so me and loads of others had to chuck out the bottles of water into a large green bin which was full of water bottles (awful set up!). Our Plane was 2.5 hours delayed waiting on the runway and then when we took off I wanted to buy some water and food but the staff would only accept cash so I could not buy anything :( I have travelled all around the world and never not been able to pay by card on a plane. Friendly staff but but what an awful day
