Following on from the message below I finally received a reply ! They sent me the wrong size shoes ! So beware if the shoes you order don’t fit you wont be able to return them . Their refund policy is not correct - not for me anyway . *Dear customer, Thank you for your reply! We are sorry to bring you an imperfect shopping experience. As a sincere apology,we are willing to provide a refund of 30% of the amount of this pair of shoes as compensation. You can do many things: (1) Keep the product; (2) Give it as a gift to your friends; (3) Use this money to place new orders. Is this OK? Looking forward to your reply. I won’t purchase any shoes from this company again . One pair of shoes I received has a really strong smell of glue . I am concerned about the effects on the people who work with this everyday . It’s a shame I have have had to put a negative review on here as 3 other pairs of shoes I have purchased I would give 9/10.
