Originally ordered Luba 2 mini but due to bad calculations on my part the mower was too small (they are software locked to only accept mapping up to mon the box) I couldn't map out my entire lawn and frankly the robot would have struggled to keep up asking it to do more than what was recommended. Return was easy. Live chat was quick and helpful and I was sent a return label. Return process was simple and I received my refund after a couple weeks. I ordered the Luba 3 - wow, what a machine. My lawn (which was a big job for me on my sit on mower) is no problem for the robot. It's not in great shape but it's never looked better. The mowers are high quality, well built, simple to set up and work as expected. Incredibly quiet too. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
