Placed an order in error
Placed an order in error. I cancelled it straight away within 5 minutes of my order. Customer service unable to cancel my order as invoice has already been generated. I was advised to refuse the delivery at my door. I don't understand why they cannot just contact their warehouse to cancel my order. It will be too much hassle to return an order and my delivery fee will be wasted. I have now decided to close my account to this company.
