Ulefone Customer Service department Recently I required warranty service on my Armor pad 4 Ultra Thermal, I purchased it through AliExpress and contacted Ulefone directly, I was required to return it myself but fair enough when I bought it it came with free delivery, everything went smoothly with my device being replaced on the spot and returned to me with free return shipping, it was a simple, smooth process with the minimum of fuss which was hugely appreciated. Hardware can always fail even if it's rare, what matters is how the situation is dealt with and based on this I highly recommend Ulefone devices and the company as a whole, as things can always fail but it's reassuring knowing the manufacturer stands behind their products and looks after their customers ensuring everything is put right, well done and thankyou!
